摘要 对超临界燃煤机组DCS协调控制系统的要求是,机组负荷响应快,变负荷期间机组主要参数控制稳定,可长期连续投入AGC运行。就如何优化某电厂超临界燃煤机组DCS协调控制系统及里面的部分子系统进行了探讨,实现了在满足电网要求机组AGC调节功能的情况下,保证机组运行参数的稳定不超限,也切实保障了机组的安全经济运行,可供业内同行参考。 The DCS coordinated control system of the supercritical coal-fired unit should meet such requirements as rapid load response of the unit,stable control of its main parameters during the period of the load change,and long-term continuous application in the AGC operation.This paper probes into the optimization of the DCS coordinated control system and some of its subsystems of the supercritical coal-fired unit in a power plant.On condition that the AGC adjusting function of the unit meets the requirements of the power grid,stable operating parameters of the unit within the limit as well as its secure and economical operation can be ensured,which can provide reference for the power fraternity.
