基于OBE理念的思政课教学问题及策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,但近年来在具体教学过程中还存在教育理念相对落后、教学内容创新不足、教学手段保守陈旧及评价体系不够完善等问题,制约了学生的学习成果达成度的提高。基于成果导向的OBE理念通过反向设计教学,清楚聚焦学生的学习目标,能有效地改善这一现状。因此,思政课教学要积极引入OBE理念以为自身提供新鲜“血液”,必须坚持与时俱进,不断更新教育理念,坚持学生中心,适当调整教学模式,坚持成果导向,合理安排课程结构,坚持持续改进,完善评价体制机制。 The course of ideological and political theories is a key course to implement the fundamental task of morality education.However,in recent years,there are still some problems in the specific teaching process such as relatively backward educational ideas,insufficient innovation of teaching contents,conservative and outdated teaching methods,and the imperfect evaluation system,which restrict the improvement of the realization of students'learning achievements.By reversely designing the teaching based on the achievement-oriented OBE concept and clearing focusing on students'learning objectives,the current situation can be effectively improved.Therefore,the OBE concept should be introduced as the fresh“blood”into the teaching of the course.Teachers must keep pace with the times and constantly update the educational concept,adhere to the student-centralization and adjust the teaching mode appropriately,adhere to the achievement-orientation and reasonably arrange the curriculum structure,and adhere to continuous improvement and perfect the evaluation system and mechanism.
