立德树人根本任务下提升高校资助育人实效的策略探究

A Study on the Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Funding and Educating Students in Colleges and Universities Under the Fundamental Task of Building Morality and Cultivating People

立德树人根本任务的提出,为高校资助育人提供了理论支撑和政策引导,是高校资助育人的最终落脚点。新时代经济困难学生更为多元、多向、多维、多端的个体需求,决定了高校资助育人必须紧跟社会进步、立足高校发展、实现学生成才。高校资助育人必须在满足经济困难学生物质需求的基础上,进一步提升育人的多元化、多向化、多维化、多端化,切实针对谁来育人的问题以“由无到有”进行科学完善,针对怎样育人的问题以“由外而内”进行深层探索,针对育什么样人的问题以“由己带众”进行最终解答。

The proposal of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people provides theoretical support and policy guidance for colleges and universities to fund and educate students,which is their ultimate goal of funding and educating students.More diverse,multi-directional,multi-dimensional and multi-end individual needs of students with financial difficulties in the new era require the work of funding and educating students to closely follow social progress,be based on the development of colleges and universities,and realize students'success.On the basis of meeting material needs of those students,colleges and universities must further enhance the diversification,multi-direction,multi-dimension and multi-end of the education.In addition,the issue of who will educate people should be scientifically perfected in the aspect of“developing from nothing”,the issue of how to educate people should be deeply explored in the aspect of“from the outside to the inside”,and the issue of what kind of people to educate should be answered in the aspect of“from oneself to the multitude”.
