面向新能源电力系统的容量市场出清模型 被引量:7

摘要 随着新型电力系统构建,新能源装机规模快速增长,但同时也出现了系统充裕度不足的问题。容量市场是保障电力系统发电容量充裕度的有效途径,因此本文提出一种面向新能源电力系统的容量市场出清模型,所提模型在考虑传统机组的基础上,增加储能资源参与市场,以解决新型电力系统的容量充裕性问题。同时模型考虑了可靠性约束,求解时在可靠性和经济性之间不断迭代寻优,使系统以最经济的形式满足可靠性要求。本文以甘肃省电力系统数据对所提出的模型进行了算例验证,计算结果表明所提出的模型可以在高比例新能源电力系统中引导出适当类型、适当水平的发电容量。 With the deepening of power system reform and the establishment of new power system,the domestic power market has made remarkable achievements and the scale of new energy installations has increased rapidly.However,the problem of insufficient system adequacy has also emerged.Capacity market is an effective way to guarantee the generation capacity adequacy of power system,so this paper proposes a capacity market clearing model that is able to adapt to a power system with high proportion of new energy.In the proposed model,new energy units are given priority to clearing,and based on traditional units,energy storage resources are involved to the market to solve the problem of capacity inadequacy of new power systems.Meanwhile,the model takes into account of reliability constraint,and in order to meet the reliability requirement under the most economical conditions,solutions constantly iterate between reliability and economy.An example is given to verify the proposed model with the power system data of Gansu Province.The results show that the proposed model can guide the appropriate type and level of generating capacity in high-penetrated renewable power system.
