平度市小学特色大课间体育活动的创新探索

Innovation and Exploration of Characteristic Big Recess Sports Activities in Primary Schools in Pingdu City

采用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,分析了平度市小学特色大课间体育活动的开展现状,厘清了其特色大课间体育活动开展的创新背景、创新内容以及创新效果;发现其特色大课间体育活动在开展过程中存在活动内容更新慢、非体育老师参与度不高、负荷设计不科学等问题,并提出相应的创新对策。旨在促进平度市各小学大课间体育活动的创新持续性发展,为“双减”政策及国家其他文件政策的落地实施提供理论支撑和实践参考。

Using the research methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this study analyzes the current situation of the development of characteristic big break sports activities in primary schools in Pingdu City, and clarifies the innovation background, content and effect of the development of characteristic big break sports activities. It is found that there are some problems in the development of characteristic large recess sports activities, such as slow renewal of activity content, low participation of non-PE teachers, unscientific load design and so on, and the corresponding innovative countermeasures are put forward. The purpose is to promote the innovative and sustainable development of major recess sports activities in primary schools in Pingdu City and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and other national documents and policies.
