摘要
催化油浆是催化裂化装置的塔底副产品,因含有大量的催化剂粉末,加工手段较少,脱除油浆中的催化剂颗粒(油浆脱固)成为亟需解决的问题。利用自建装置,采用过滤法、静态沉降法、动态沉降等工艺对重油催化裂化油浆进行了脱灰试验,对比了各工艺的优缺点。针对实验结果较好的静态沉降法,结合工业化生产条件进行了模拟工业放大。根据工艺条件的不同,制备出不同固体含量的催化油浆澄清油,分别可以用作延迟焦化原料、催化裂化回炼油、燃料型船燃调和组分及针状焦原料,大大提高了催化油浆的附加值。
Fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) slurry is the by-product of the bottom of the catalytic cracking unit. The large amount of catalytic powder restricts the utilization of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) slurry, therefore catalyst removal in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) slurry becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently. In this experiment, the self-built device was used to carry out the deashing of the FCC slurry by using the filtration method and the static sedimentation method. Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of above methods were reviewed and analyzed.Aiming at the static sedimentation method with better experimental results, a simulation amplification experiment was be carried out by combining industrial production conditions. According to different process conditions, FCC decant oil with different solid contents was prepared, which can be used as delayed coking raw materials, recycle oil of catalytic cracking unit, marine residual fuel oil blending components and raw materials for preparing needle coke.The added value of FCC slurry can be greatly improved.
