微生物在石油污染土壤中的应用

摘要 归纳了近几年从不同石油污染场地分离出来的降解菌,分析了降解菌的种类、污染物来源、浓度及降解时间对石油污染物的去除效率的影响;对石油烃降解菌的代谢影响因素进行了探讨,包括石油烃类型、浓度及土壤环境因素;并重点介绍治理土壤石油污染的微生物修复方法,主要分为原位修复和异位修复方法,阐明不同微生物修复方法存在的不足;通过分析微生物修复技术的实际应用现状,展望了微生物修复石油污染土壤的发展前景。 The degradation bacteria isolated from different oil-contaminated sites in recent years were summarized,and the effects of the types of degradation bacteria, pollutant sources, concentration and degradation time on the removal efficiency of petroleum pollutants were analyzed. The factors affecting the metabolism of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria were discussed, including petroleum hydrocarbon type, concentration and soil environment. The microbial remediation methods for the treatment of soil oil pollution were mainly introduced,including in-situ remediation and ectopic remediation, and the deficiencies of different microbial remediation methods were expounded. By analyzing the application status of microbial remediation technology, the development prospect of microbial remediation of oil-contaminated soil was prospected.
