海上油基钻屑电磁热脱附技术应用及产物评价 被引量:2

Application and Product Evaluation of Electromagnetic Thermal Desorption Technology for Offshore Oil-based Drilling Cuttings

摘要 为了满足海上油田生产的环保要求,需要对油基钻井液使用过程中产生的油基钻屑进行无害化、资源化处理,达到《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》(GB4914—2008)中的排放要求。通过对油基钻屑的性质分析,结合海上油基钻屑电磁热脱附设备的工业应用,阐明了油基钻屑热脱附的反应过程及产物的性质;通过组分分析、回用配制钻井液等实验,对回用油的资源化利用过程进行全面评价。结果表明:在温度350℃的条件下处理800s,即可使含油率16%、含水率17%的油基钻屑达到《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》(GB4914—2008)标准中一级海域排放物的要求;热脱附油经过离心后产生的回用油,因含有钻井液中添加的化学材料,配制油基钻井液的乳化性能略好于3#白油,满足使用要求。所以电磁热脱附技术符合海上使用要求,可以实现海上油基钻屑的无害化、资源化处置。 In order to meet the environmental protection requirements of offshore oilfield production, it is necessary to treat the oil-based drilling cuttings produced during the use of oil-based drilling fluid, the treatment effect need meet the discharge requirements in Effluent limetations for pollutants from offshore petroleum exploration and production(GB4914—2008). Based on the analysis of the properties of oil-based drilling cuttings and the industrial application of electromagnetic thermal desorption equipment for offshore oil-based drilling cuttings, the reaction process of thermal desorption of oil-based drilling cuttings and the properties of products were expounded. Through the component analysis of recycled oil and the experiment of preparing drilling fluid, the resource utilization process of recycled oil was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the oil-based cuttings with oil content of 16% and water content of 17% after being treated at 350 ℃ for 800 s could meet the requirements of class I sea area discharge in Effluent limetations for pollutants from offshore petroleum exploration and production(GB4914—2008).The recycled oil produced by the thermal desorption oil after centrifugation contained the chemical materials added to the drilling fluid. The emulsifying performance of the oil-based drilling fluid was slightly better than that of 3# white oil, meeting the use requirements. Therefore, the electromagnetic thermal desorption technology can meet the requirements for offshore use, and can realize the harmless and resourceful disposal of offshore oil-based drilling cuttings.
