摘要
目的应用微型种植体支抗治疗后,对口腔正畸患者的应用效果进行评价.方法在2020年5月-2022年5月期间,选择郴州市第一人民医院收治的口腔正畸患者(n=96例)为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将入选患者分为观察组及对照组.对照组(n=48例)行传统正畸治疗,观察组应用微型种植体支抗治疗.观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况,在治疗前后,对患者的矫正效果、咬合力及咀嚼效率进行评估.结果治疗前,上颌中切牙凸距差、上颌中切牙倾角、磨牙位移、咬合力、咀嚼效率组间相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上颌中切牙凸距差、上颌中切牙倾角呈现增高趋势,咬合力、咀嚼效率呈现增高趋势,磨牙位移水平呈现降低趋势,且观察组上述指标水平优于对照组.组间数据相比存在统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组的29.17%相比,观察组患者的总不良反应率为6.25%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论口腔正畸患者经微型种植体支抗治疗后,患者的矫正效果较好,可提高患者的咬合力和咀嚼效率,不良反应少,临床安全有效.
Objective To evaluate the effect of Micro Implant Anchorage on orthodontic patients.Methods From May 2020 to May 2022,orthodontic patients(n=96 cases)in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the selected patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table.The control group(n=48 cases)was treated with traditional orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage.Ohserve the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients,and evaluate the correction effect,biting force and chewing efficiency of the patients before and after application.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the groups in the convex distance difference of maxillary central incisor.inclination angle of maxillary central incisor,molar displacement,bite force and masticatory efficiency(P>0.05):after treatment,the convex distance difference of maxillary central incisors and the inclination angle of maxillary central incisors in the two groups showed an increasing trend,the bite force and masticatory efficiency showed an increasing trend,and the molar displacement level showed a decreasing trend,and the above index level of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 29.17%in the control group,the total adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was 6.25%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conc lusion Orthodontic patients afier micro implant anchorage treatment,the correction effect of patients is better,which can improve the bite force and chewing efficiency of patients,with less adverse reactions,clinical safety and effectiveness.
