老年心血管病颈动脉粥样硬化应用超声检查评价的临床意义

Clinical significance of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease evaluated by ultrasonography

目的探析应用超声对老年心血管病颈动脉粥样硬化的临床诊断价值.方法纳入2019年1月-2021年12月期间到江西省宜春市中医院接受诊疗的70例老年心血管疾病患者,设为观察组,另取同期到院健康体检对象70例为对照组.对纳入对象展开颈部超声检查,在超声检查完成后,对所得数据进行整理,分析其对老年心血管病颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值.结果观察组患者斑块面积、斑块积分、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)数值高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者椎动脉(VA)、双侧总动脉(CCA)以及颈内动脉(ICA)狭窄检测数据高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).超声对VA、CCA、ICA部位血流量、脑血流量检测提示观察组低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将到院就诊的高龄心血管患者,采取超声手段以了解颈动脉粥样硬化情况,对于各种疾病的不同状态可更全面展现,且具有高效、无创、操作简单等优势,对医生评价患者病情和制定干预方案有重要参考意义.

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment hetween January 2019 and Decemher 2021 were included and set as the observation group,and another 70 healthy subjects who visited the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The included subjects underwent neck ultrasound examination,and after receiving ultrasound examination,the obtained data were summarized to its guiding value in elderly cardiovascular disease carotid atherosclerosis.Resul ts The plaque area,plaque score and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The detection data of vertebral artery(VA),bilateral common arteries(CCA)and internal carotid artery(ICA)in the ohservation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Ultrasound detection of blood flow and cerebral blood flow in VA,CCA and ICA showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly cardiovascular patients who will be admited to the hospital,ultrasound is used to understand the condition of carotid atherosclerosis.which can more comprehensively display the different states of various diseases,and has the advantages of high efficiency,non-invasiveness,and simple operation.The patient's condition and the development of intervention programs are of great reference significance.
