口腔科常用医疗器械清洗消毒的效果研究

摘要 目的观察持续质量改进在口腔科常用医疗器械清洗消毒中的应用效果.方法将口腔科所有常用医疗器械作为研究对象,随机选择560件常用医疗器械,2020年1月-2020年12月为对照组实施传统管理,2021年1月-2022年12月为实验组,对口腔科常用器械的清洗消毒实施持续质量改进,统计持续质量改进实施前后科室医务人员的满意度、科室医务人员实施前后工作压力指数、对比医疗器械实施前后清洗消毒质量.结果科室医务人员满意度评估实施前为64.7%,实施后满意度100%,实验组与对照组在清洗质量、消毒质量方面对比前者较好,P<0.05,实施后医务人员压力指数[(4.26±0.96)分]低于实施前[(7.27±1.33)分],P<0.05.结论对口腔科常用医疗器械实施持续质量改进充分减轻科室工作人员的压力,保证清洗消毒质量,从而提升整体科室医务人员的满意度. Objective To observe the effect of continuous quality improvement in cleaning and disinfection of common medical instruments in stomatology department.Methods All commonly used medical devices in the department of stomatology were selected as the research object,560 pieces of commonly used medical devices were randomly selected.Traditional management was implemented in the control group from January 2020 to December 2020,and continuous quality improvement was implemented in cleaning and disinfection of commonly used devices in the department of stomatology from January 2021 to December 2022 as the experimental group.The satisfaction of medical staff before and afier the implementation of CQC,the work pressure index of medical staff before and after the implementation of CQC,and the cleaning and disinfection quality of medical instruments before and afier the implementation of CQC were compared.Results The satisfaction evaluation of medical staff in the department was 64.7%before implementation,and 100%after implementation.The experimental group and the control group were better in cleaning quality and disinfection quality,P<O.05.The pressure index of medical staff after implementation[(4.26±0.96)points]was lower than hefore implementation[(7.27±1.33)points].P<0.05.Conc lus ion The continuous quality improvement of the commonly used medical devices in stomatology department can fully reduce the pressure of the department staffensure the quality of cleaning and disinfection,and improve the satisfaction of the medical staff in the whole department.
