肝功能异常患者应用自身抗体检测在自身免疫性肝病中的诊断效果

Diagnostic effect of autoantibody detection in patients with abnormal liver function in autoimmune liver disease

目的探究自身抗体检测在肝功能异常患者自身免疫性肝病中的诊断效果.方法选择国家电网公司北京电力医院2020年9月-2021年9月收治肝功能异常患者作为研究对象,病例数87例,初步诊断结果自身免疫性肝病患者45例(试验组),其他类型肝病42例(对照组).比较自身抗体检测结果.结果试验组患者ANA、AMA、SMA、ANCA阳性率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肝功能异常患者的自身免疫性肝病与其他类型肝病的鉴别诊断,应用自身抗体检测可以获得比较高的诊断准确率,临床应用效果好、价值高.

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of autoantibody detection in patients with abnormal liver function autoimmune liver disease.Methods A total of 87 patients with abnormal liver function admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to Septemher 2021 were selected as research objects,including 45 patients with autoimmune liver disease(experimental group)and 42 patients with other types of liver disease(control group).Compare autoantibody test results.Results The positive rates of ANA,AMA,SMA and ANCA in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<O.05).Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of autoimmune liver disease and other types of liver disease in patients with abnormal liver function,the application of autoantibody detection can obtain relatively high diagnostic accuracy,good clinical application effect and high value.
