安脑片联合五泉穴针刺疗法对脑卒中后血管性痴呆的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Annao tablet combined with Wuquan point acupuncture on vascular dementia after stroke

目的考察对脑卒中后血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VAD)患者应用安脑片联合针刺五泉穴治疗方案的疗效.方法纳入2019年1月-2021年12月82例脑卒中后VAD患者进行临床观察.35例采用常规含安脑片的药物方案治疗(命名为对照组),另外47例在此基础上予以五泉穴位针刺治疗(命名为观察组).疗程均为2周.比较两组的疗效(治疗总有效率),两组在治疗前、后的精神状态[采用简易精神状态评分量表(MMSE)],认知功能[采用蒙特利尔认知评分表(MoCA)],日常生活自理能力[采用ADL日常生活自理能力评分量表].结果治疗后两组在精神状态、认知、日常生活自理能力的MMSE、MoCA、ADL评分均高于其治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P均<0.05).观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对脑卒中后VAD患者应用安脑片联合五泉穴针刺疗法可有效改善患者的认知功能、运动功能和日常生活自理能力.

Ob jective To investigate the efficacy of Annao pill combined with acupuncture at Wuquan point in the treatment of vascular dementia(VAD)after stroke.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,82 patients with post-stroke VAD were included for clinical ohservation.35 cases were treated with routine drug regimen containing Annao tablets(named as the control group),and the other 47 cases were treated with Wuquan acupoint acupuncture(named as the observation group).The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The curative effects(total effective rate)of the two groups were compared.The mental state of the two groups before and after treatment[using the simplified mental state Rating Scale(MMSE)],cognitive function[using the Montreal Cognitive Rating Scale(MoCA)],and self-care ability of daily life[using the ADL self-care ability rating scale of daily life].Results After treatment,the MMSE,MOCA and ADL scores of mental state,cognition and self-care ability of daily life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conc lusi on The application of Annao tablet combined with Wuquan acupuncture in patients with VAD after stroke can effectively improve their cognitive function,motor function and self-care ability of daily life.
