基于雨水径流浅表控制的规划研究

摘要 基于城市降雨径流的基本规律,分析现阶段雨水排放系统的利弊,探索构建“建筑小区-市政道路-河道绿廊”多级浅表生态排水系统,提出新城区雨水径流浅表控制规划要点和方法。以厦门苏厝溪流域为应用研究案例,构建了小微流域单元以及建筑小区、市政道路、河道绿廊雨水径流浅表流排放系统,减小雨水竖向上的能量损耗,增加城市绿色基础设施处理雨水的面积和效能,最大程度降低城市开发建设对原有自然表流水文特征的改变。 Based on the basic law of urban rainfall runoff,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing rainwater discharge system are analyzed,and the construction method of the“land parcel-municipal road-river”multi-level superficial ecological drainage system is proposed.On this basis,this paper explores a planning method of rainwater runoff superficial control in new urban area,which has many advantages including less vertical energy loss of rain,better control of rainwater runoff pollution,and smaller changes to the natural hydrological characteristics caused by urban development,etc.By taking Xiamen Sucuo River watershed as an example,this paper elaborates the planning key points,such as how to construct micro watershed units,superficial land parcel drainage system,superficial municipal road drainage system,and superficial river drainage system,etc.
