摘要
供水服务质量是客户用水的核心需求,基于客户对供水服务质量感知和反馈的数据信息及其他关联信息,采用数据挖掘的方法,从供水稳定性、水质合格率、新装水表服务、漏点修复、营业服务感知五个维度,设置评估指标,构建供水服务质量评估模型,以形成综合评估体系,客观反映供水服务质量。
Water service quality is the core of the customer’s water demand,based on the customer perception of service quality of water supply,feedback information of data and other related information,using the method of data mining,from the stability of water supply,water quality qualified rate,new water meter service,funnel to repair,business service perception these five dimensions,set up the evaluation index,building water supply service quality evaluation model,form a comprehensive evaluation system to objectively reflect the quality of water services.
