摘要
废塑料是废弃的含有较高化学能和热能的碳氢化合物之一,其产生量的日益增多给生态环境带来严重污染。介绍了填埋法、焚烧法、再生利用处理废塑料的优缺点,综述了废塑料在钢铁生产流程中资源化利用新进展,分析梳理了废塑料在高炉喷吹、非高炉炼铁、焦炉炼焦、转炉炼钢以及电炉冶炼等方面的发展轨迹和应用前景,并给出中国废塑料在钢铁工业中利用的建议,为废塑料高效资源化利用新技术的开发和工业应用提供参考。
Waste plastic is one of the abandoned hydrocarbons with high chemical energy and thermal energy. The increasing production of waste plastic has brought serious pollution to the ecological environment. The advantages and disadvantages of landfill, incineration and recycling of waste plastics were introduced. The new progress of recycling waste plastics in steel production process was reviewed. The development track and application prospect of waste plastics in blast furnace injection, non blast furnace ironmaking, coke oven coking, converter steelmaking and electric furnace smelting were analyzed. Finally, suggestions on the utilization of waste plastics in the steel industry in China were given, which will provide references for the development and industrial application of new technologies for the efficient recycling of waste plastics.
