1100 MW机组中速磨煤机跳闸故障分析

摘要 某厂1100 MW机组在停机过程中因磨煤机出口风温异常而跳闸。借助运行参数变化曲线图,找出导致进入磨煤机的干燥剂热量大于煤需要的干燥热量的原因是运行调整不当,并提出了防范措施。 The 1100 MW unit of a power plant tripped during the halt due to abnormal air temperature at the outlet of the coal mill.By means of the curve diagram of the operating parameter changes,it was found that the heat quantity of the desiccant in the coal mill was more than that needed by the coal due to inappropriate operating adjustment.This paper puts forward relevant precautionary measures.
