The COVID-19 has had a huge impact on people's lives,due to the huge infectious nature of the new coronavirus,the new crown outbreak quickly spread around the world,the number of confirmed people exceeded 100 million,the death toll has increased to 2.4 million.Global solidarity is at a difficult time,and the development of a new crown vaccine is imminent.This paper mainly analyzes the pathogenic characteristics of the new crown,the mode of transmission and the types and advantages and disadvantages of the current new crown vaccine.
