温阳化饮活血组方治疗轻中度儿童腺样体肥大疗效观察

Effects of Wenyanghuayin Huoxue prescription on mild- moderate adenoid hypertrophy in children

目的 探讨温阳化饮活血组方用于轻中度儿童腺样体肥大(寒瘀互结型)治疗的作用。方法 选取上海市儿童医院在2019年6月至2020年12月收治117例轻、中度腺样体肥大患儿随机分为三组。西药治疗组(33例)给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂喷鼻联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。中药治疗组(41例)给予温阳化饮活血组方治疗。综合治疗组(43例)给予糠酸莫米松喷鼻联合孟鲁司特钠和温阳化饮活血组方治疗。观察持续治疗8周后患儿主要症状、体征变化情况等。结果 综合治疗组总有效显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),其余两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组治疗后相比治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),综合治疗组治疗前后的积分差值显著大于其余两组(P<0.05),其余两组差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组腺样体占后鼻孔患儿组内治疗前后评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合治疗组积分差值显著大于其余两组(P<0.05),其余两组差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 温阳化饮活血组方联合常规西药用于寒瘀互结型轻中度腺样体肥大患儿治疗,可明显提高临床症状及体征改善效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Wenyanghuayin Huoxue Prescription in the treatment of mild to moderate adenoidal hypertrophy in children.Methods Totally 117 children with mild and moderate adenoid hypertrophy treated in Shanghai Children’s Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into three groups.The western medicine treatment group(33 cases) was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(41 cases) was treated with Wenyanghuayin Huoxue Prescription.The comprehensive treatment group(43 cases) was treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray and Montelukast sodium and Wenyanghuayin Huoxue Prescription.The changes of main symptoms and signs were observed after 8 weeks of continuous treatment.Results The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the other two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the scores of each group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The integral difference before and after treatment in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other two groups(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of children with adenoid accounted for posterior nostril in the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The score difference in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly greater than that in the other two groups(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenyanghuayin Huoxue prescription combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children with mild to moderate adenoidal hypertrophy of cold and blood stasis can significantly improve the improvement effect of clinical symptoms and signs.
