傣医治疗骨伤科疾病用药特点分析

Medication Characteristics of Dai Ethnomedicine in the Treatment of Bone Diseases

目的:总结傣医骨伤科内服和外用方药应用的特点。方法:对《傣医方剂学》《档哈雅龙》《经典傣药》《康朗腊专家常用药物采收加工与应用》《双江傣医方药》《傣医外治法常用药与经验方》中骨伤科方药进行统计。运用Office excel 2010、SPSS 21.0和Clementine 14 Apriori算法将药物进行频次汇总、聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果:书中共收录内服方98条,外用方91条,共计189条骨伤科用方;内服方共涵236味傣药,外用方共涵盖235味傣药。傣医骨伤科主要治疗疾病有风寒湿痹及跌打损伤。其中内服药以祛风除湿、补火散寒为主,外用药以清热解毒、行气活血为主。结论:内服方中以胡椒、红花丹、宽筋藤、蔓荆子为核心用药,墨旱莲、马蓝、火焰花、宽筋藤、姜黄、莪术为外用方中的核心用药;且傣医骨伤科用药形式多样,在治疗时以“四塔”辨证体系为基础,可进行多种骨伤病的治疗。

Objective:To summarize the medication characteristics of oral and external prescriptions of Dai ethnomedicine in the treatment of bone diseases.Methods:the prescriptions for bone diseases recorded in the classic literature of Dai ethnomedicine were collected.The frequency of use,clustering analysis,and association rules were analyzed by using Office excel 2010,SPSS 21.0,and Apriori algorithm of Clementine 14.Results:A total of 189 prescriptions for bone diseases are included,including 98 for oral use and 91 for external use.The oral prescriptions include 236 Dai drugs,and the external prescriptions include 235 Dai drugs.Those prescriptions are mainly indicated for Fenghanshibi(风寒湿痹)and Diedasunshang(跌打损伤).The oral prescriptions are effective in Qufeng(祛风),Chushi(除湿),Buhuo(补火),and Sanhan(散寒),while the external prescriptions in Qingre(清热),Jiedu(解毒),Xingqi(行气),and Huoxue(活血).Conclusion:The oral prescriptions are mainly composed of Hujiao(胡椒),Honghuadan(红花丹),Kuanjinteng(宽筋藤),and Manjingzi(蔓荆子),and the external prescriptions mainly consist of Mohanlian(墨旱莲),Malan(马蓝),Huoyanhua(火焰花),Kuanjinteng(宽筋藤),Jianghuang(姜黄),and Ezhu(莪术).Dai ethnomedicine is diverse in medication in the treatment of multiple bone diseases based on the"four-tower"syndrome differentiation theory.
