中药精油防治哮喘的优势与特点

Advantages and Characteristics of Essential Oil from Chinese Herbs in Prevention and Treatment of Asthma

哮喘为呼吸道系统常见疾病,严重影响人类的健康。中药精油是从芳香中药中提取得到的一类特殊的物质,现代研究表明其具有抗炎、抗病毒、提高免疫力等多种药理作用。近年来国内外研究表明中药精油对哮喘的防治具有较好的活性作用。本文从哮喘的病因病机,探讨芳香中药精油治疗哮喘的优势和特色,从古方及现代研究挖掘治疗哮喘的常见芳香中药,结合中药精油物理特性、化学成分与药理研究及哮喘的疾病特点,为临床中药精油用于哮喘的治疗提供理论指导。

Asthma is a common disease of respiratory system,which seriously affects human health.Essential oil is a special substance extracted from aromatic Chinese herbs.Modern studies have shown that it has anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,immune-enhancing,and other pharmacological effects.In recent years,the essential oil from Chinese herbs has been proved both in China and abroad to be effective in the prevention and treatment of asthma.This paper discussed the advantages and characteristics of essential oil from aromatic Chinese herbs in treating asthma from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis and also explored the common aromatic Chinese herbs for the treatment of asthma from ancient prescriptions and modern research.The physical characteristics,chemical components,and pharmacological activities of essential oil from aromatic Chinese herbs as well as the characteristics of asthma were summarized to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of asthma with essential oil.
