根管治疗牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Root Canal Treatment for Patients with Cryptoclastic Fracture with Endodontic Lesions

目的:分析根管治疗牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年2月长沙市中心医院收治的86例牙隐裂伴随牙髓病变患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用根管治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、牙周相关指标、疼痛及并发症情况。结果:观察组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组菌斑指数、牙龈出血与牙周探诊深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在牙隐裂伴牙髓病变的治疗中使用根管治疗的方法,能减少患者的疼痛与并发症情况,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of root canal treatment in patients with cryptoclastic fracture with endodontic lesions.Methods:86 patients admitted to Changsha Central Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 with cryptoclastic fracture accompanied by endodontic lesions were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases each.The control group used conventional treatment methods,and the observation group used root canal treatment.The clinical treatment effect,periodontal related indexes,pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The significant rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index,gingival bleeding and periodontal probing depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score method in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of endodontic treatment in the treatment of cryptoclastic fracture with endodontic lesions can reduce the pain and complications of patients,and the treatment effect is significant.
