江南何氏世医流派(镇江支)的学术观点浅析及传承思考

A Brief Analysis of the Academic Viewpoints of the Jiangnan He’s School of World Medicine(Zhenjiang Branch)and Reflections on Its Transmission

在中医学发展史上,传承是中医学不断发展的重要因素。当传承体系符合历史发展规律时,中医发展就会顺利且平稳;当其发展规律违背自然现象时,则会受到各种因素的制约或干扰。江南何氏世医绵延数百年,历经宋、元、明、清至今,家族行医的历史长达800余年,目前共有30代,为中医世医绵延之最。目前其在上海地区仍有传承,但镇江地区学术传承出现断档。本文总结概括了何氏流派的相关学术思想和临床诊疗经验,探讨了如何建立有效的传承模式,提高传承质量,推动该流派的传承发展。

Chinese medicine has a long history in China,and its development continues by passing it down from generation to generation.In the history of the development of Chinese medicine,inheritance is an important factor in the continuous development of Chinese medicine.When the inheritance system conforms to the law of historical development,the development of Chinese medicine will be smooth and stable;when its development law is against the natural phenomenon,it will be restricted or interfered by various factors.The Jiangnan He’s school has been practicing medicine for hundreds of years,through the Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing dynasties,with a history of more than 800 years and a total of 30 generations,which is the longest stretch of Chinese medicine.At present,it still has inheritance in Shanghai,but the academic inheritance of the Zhenjiang area is disconnected.This paper summarizes and outlines the relevant academic ideas and clinical treatment experiences of He’s school,and discusses how to establish an effective transmission model,improve the quality of transmission,and promote the transmission and development of t He’s school.
