化痰通络汤辨证加减治疗青年急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction on Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Young Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨化痰通络汤辨证加减治疗青年急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年5月鄂州市中医医院收治的90例青年急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各45例。参照组给予常规治疗,试验组在参照组基础上给予化痰通络汤辨证加减治疗。比较两组认知功能、神经功能恢复情况及治疗效果。结果:用药前,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后4周、8周,试验组MOCA评分高于参照组,NIHSS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对青年急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用化痰通络汤辨证加减治疗,能够恢复患者神经功能,改善患者认知功能,治疗效果显著,建议予以推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke in young patients.Methods:A total of 90 young patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Huatan Tongluo decoction on the basis of the reference group.The recovery of cognitive function,neurological function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before medication,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores(P>0.05).At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,MOCA score of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,NIHSS score was lower than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Huatan Tongluo decoction for syndrome differentiation treatment in young patients with acute ischemic stroke can restore the neurological function of patients,improve the cognitive function of patients,the therapeutic effect is significant,it is recommended to popularize.
