血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白单独及联合诊断新生儿细菌感染性肺炎的价值

摘要 目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)单独及联合诊断新生儿细菌感染性肺炎的临床价值。方法:选取汕头市潮阳区妇幼保健院2021年6月-2022年6月收治的80例新生儿细菌感染性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式分为对照组(PCT、hs-CRP单独诊断)和观察组(PCT联合hs-CRP诊断),各40例。比较两组诊断效果。结果:两组新生儿PCT、hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组PCT、hs-CRP阳性总检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCT联合hs-CRP诊断新生儿细菌性肺炎的效果较好,阳性检出率高,具有医学价值,值得应用并予以推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)alone and in combination for the diagnosis of bacterial infectious pneumonia in neonates.Methods:80 cases of neonatal bacterial infectious pneumonia admitted to Chaoyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(PCT and hs-CRP diagnosis alone)and an observation group(PCT combined with hs-CRP diagnosis)by random grouping,40 cases each.The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in neonates of the two groups(P>0.05).The overall positive detection rate of PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCT combined with hs-CRP is more effective in diagnosing bacterial pneumonia in neonates,with a high positive detection rate,which has medical value and is worth applying and promoting.
