子午流注择时按压皮内针对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Elective Compression Intradermal Injection of Meridional Flow on Gastrointestinal Function and Quality of Life in Patients after Gynecological Laparoscopy

目的:探讨子午流注择时按压皮内针对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月于广东省中西医结合医院行妇科腹腔镜手术的80例患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用术后常规护理结合非择时按压皮内针,观察组在对照组基础上实施子午流注择时按压皮内针。比较两组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间以及生活质量。结果:观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d、30 d,观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过子午流注择时按压皮内针治疗妇科腹腔镜术后患者,能有效加快术后胃肠道功能的恢复,提高生活质量,是一种安全实用的中医特色护理技术。

Objective:To investigate the effect of elective compression intradermal injection of meridional flow on the gastrointestinal function and quality of life of patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrative Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases each.The control group used postoperative conventional care combined with non-elective pressure intradermal needle,and the observation group implemented zygomatic flow injection with elective pressure intradermal needle on the basis of the control group.The time to first postoperative anal discharge,time to first defecation and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The time to first postoperative anal venting and time to first defecation were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference between the quality of life scores of the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d and 30 d after surgery,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postoperative gynecological laparoscopic patients by meridional flow injection with elective intradermal pressure can effectively accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life,which is a safe and practical Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technique.
