无缝隙管理模式在护理质量管理中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的:分析无缝隙管理模式在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年8月宜兴市张渚人民医院收治的200例住院患者作为研究对象,根据管理模式分为观察组与对照组,各100例。同时选取2019年1月-2021年8月于宜兴市张渚人民医院工作的15名护士,研究期间护士无变动。观察组实施无缝隙管理模式,对照组实施常规管理模式。比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度以及无缝隙管理模式实施前后护士的工作质量。结果:观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无缝隙管理模式实施后,护士的基础护理、消毒隔离、重症护理、护理文书书写、病区管理以及急救物品管理各项护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙管理模式在护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,能提高患者对护理服务的满意度以及护士的工作质量,建议推广。 Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of seamless management mode in nursing quality management.Methods:200 inpatients admitted to Zhangzhu People’s Hospital in Yixing City from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups according to the management mode,with 100 cases each.15nurses working in Zhangzhu People’s Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were also selected,and there was no change in nurses during the study period.The observation group implemented a seamless management model and the control group implemented a conventional management model.The satisfaction of patients with nursing services and the quality of nurses’work before and after the implementation of the seamless management model were compared between the two groups.Results:The patients’satisfaction with nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation of the seamless management mode,the nurses’nursing quality scores of basic nursing care,sterilization and isolation,critical care,nursing paperwork,ward management and management of emergency items were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the seamless management model in nursing quality management is effective and can improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services as well as nurses’work quality,and is recommended to be promoted.
