摘要
基于社会信息加工理论和领导风格的IPO模型,构建了“平台型领导-集体主义导向-团队信息阐释-团队绩效”的链式中介模型。根据86个团队和412位员工的调研数据,探讨了平台型领导影响团队绩效的作用机制。研究结果表明:集体主义导向和团队信息阐释能够在平台型领导和团队绩效之间存在链式中介作用;存在三条平台型领导影响团队绩效的路径:“平台型领导-集体主义导向-团队信息阐释-团队绩效”、“平台型领导-集体主义导向-团队绩效”和“平台型领导-团队信息阐释-团队绩效”。
Drawing on social information processing theory and the IPO Model of leadership style,this study constructs a serial mediation model of“platform leadership-collectivism-information elaboration-team performance”.Based on the survey data of 86 teams and 412 employees,the paper discusses the mechanism of platform leadership affecting team performance,and drawns the following conclusions:collectivism orientation and information elaboration can play a serial mediated role between platform leadership and team performance;There are three paths for platform leadership to affect team performance:“platform leadership-collectivism-information elaboration-team performance”,“platform leadership-collectivism-team performance”and“platform leadership-information elaboration-team performance”.
