制盐生产中的冷冻提硝工艺优化

摘要 冷冻提硝工艺是上世纪80年代含硝卤水处理的主流,随着新技术和新工艺的发展已逐渐被替代,但对于小装置的配套仍具有投资省、灵活多变的特点。由于是改造项目,对项目的整体性、配套设施等方面均存在欠缺。本文通过制盐生产中的局部改造,对冷冻提硝的工艺、设备进行了优化,使配套含硝卤水蒸发的冷冻提硝装置趋于稳定,供同行参考。 As the mainstream of nitrate containing brine treatment in the 1980s,the frozen nitrate extraction process has been gradually replaced with the development of new technologies and processes,but it still has the characteristics of low investment and flexibility for supporting small devices.As it is a transformation project,there are deficiencies in the integrity of the project and supporting facilities.Through the partial transformation of actual production,this paper optimizes the process and equipment of freezing and extracting nitrate,so that the supporting freezing and extracting nitrate device containing brine evaporation tends to be stable for peer reference.
