摘要
本文采用文本分析法和质性分析软件NVivo对近十年间高校师德建设政策的“发文数量”“发文机构”“政策文本主题词”“政策工具”“政策话语”等多个方面的演变进行分析,并在此基础上总结得出我国高校师德建设政策演变的“渐进调适”特点。整体来看,我国高校师德建设政策体系基本形成,但仍有较大发展空间。展望未来,建议通过加强政策制定部门间协作、优化政策工具选用与组合、以问题为导向提高政策内容适切性与实效性等措施予以进一步优化。
This study uses text analysis method and qualitative analysis software NVivo to analyze the evolution of college teachers'ethics construction policy in recent ten years in many aspects,such as"policy number""policy issuing department""policy subject words""policy tools"and"policy discourse",and summarizes the characteristics of"gradual adjustment".On the whole,the policy system of college teachers'ethics construction has basically taken shape,but it still needs to be further developed,such as strengthen the cooperation between policy issuing departments,optimize the selection and combination of policy tools,and improve the appropriateness and effectiveness of policy content with problem-oriented.
