摘要
毕业生就业能力是体现高等教育经济价值的重要指标之一,同时也是北安普顿大学“变革者校园”的战略重点。为了进一步提升毕业生的就业能力,北安普顿大学构建了变革者素养框架,将关注点从毕业生通用技能集合转移到了学生个体素养的教育上,实施了独特的主动混合式教学,开发变革者成果工具包,并启动“变革者孵化器”项目。北安普顿大学培养具有变革者特质毕业生的经验表明,高等教育机构在提升毕业生专业技能之外,应注重培养学生个人素养,营造富有创造力的校园环境,不断塑造学生的创业能力。
Employability is one of the important indicators to reflect the economic value of higher education,and it is also an important focus of the Changemaker Campuses strategy of the University of Northampton.The University of Northampton has constructed the framework of Changemaker Attributes at Northampton for graduate employability,which shifts the focus from the general skill set of graduates to the students'individual attributes.Active Blended Learning and the toolkit of Changemaker Outcomes for Graduate Success are widely used by the University of Northampton to cultivate students'employability.The successful experience of cultivating graduates with the characteristics of Changemaker shows that higher education institutions should pay attention to cultivating students'personal attributes,create a creative campus environment,and constantly train the practice and entrepreneurship ability.
