Antibiotic-Free Breeding Technology for Fattening Pigs

我国是猪肉消费大国,猪肉年消费量占全国肉食消费量的50%左右。但在养猪生产中抗生素不规范使用、滥用现象依然存在,这既加大了生猪疾病防治的难度,也直接或间接地危害了人类的身体健康和影响了生态环境质量。生猪无抗养殖是大势所趋,文章针对生猪养殖业的普遍现状与存在问题,结合国家对畜牧业发展的相关政策要求及国际生猪业发展行情,探索一种生猪无抗养殖的可行模式,以期加快生猪无抗养殖技术的推广,促进生猪产业的转型与升级。

China is a large country of pork consumption, and the annual consumption of pork accounts for about 50% of the national meat consumption. However, the nonstandard use and abuse of antibiotics still exist in pig production, which not only increases the difficulty of pig disease prevention and control, but also directly or indirectly endangers human health and affects the quality of ecological environment. Pig breeding without resistance is the general trend. Aiming at the general situation and existing problems of pig breeding industry, combined with the relevant national policy requirements for the development of animal husbandry and the international development market of pig industry, this paper explores a feasible model of pig breeding without resistance, in order to speed up the promotion of pig breeding technology without resistance and promote the transformation and upgrading of pig industry.
