摘要
粉丝经济时代,短视频作为最具代表性的新媒体,成为粉丝交流的重要平台。“饭制”短视频借助粉丝社群强大的传播力充斥在各大短视频平台,在满足粉丝情感需求的同时,如何合理使用在先作品版权、界定粉丝身份和版权意识、协调多方主体利益,成为“饭制”短视频面临的版权困境。为此,本文将研究现有版权制度,协同各方利益诉求,重构版权治理体系,破解当前版权困境,以期更好地促进短视频版权行业健康发展。
In the era of fans’economy,short videos,as the most representative new media,has become an important platform for fans to communicate.With the strong communication power of fan communities,“Fan-produced”short videos are flooded in all major short video platforms.While meeting the emotional needs of fans,how to rationally use the copyright of previous works,define the fans’identity and their copyright awareness,and coordinate the interests of multiple subjects has become the copyright dilemma faced by“Fan-produced”short videos.Therefore,this paper will study the existing copyright system,cooperate with the interests of all parties,reconstruct the copyright governance system,solve the current copyright dilemma,in order to better promote the healthy development of short video copyright industry.
