半夏白术天麻汤在脑系疾病中临床及实验研究进展

半夏白术天麻汤为经典中药方剂,由半夏、白术、天麻、茯苓、陈皮、甘草、生姜、大枣组成,具有化痰熄风、健脾祛湿之功效,被历代医家广泛使用。现代临床研究证明该方对头痛、眩晕、中风、痫证、痴呆等脑系疾病具有良好的治疗作用。但因其所含药效成分繁多,作用机制复杂,现有研究结果零散。故作者围绕该方主治的脑系疾病,结合现代的研究结果,从方中单味药相关活性成分的作用机制以及复方在临床的运用进行阐述。通过综述的归纳整理,旨在为该方在药理实验及临床应用提供帮助,明确未来的研究方向,使其不仅在脑系疾病中起着显著作用,而且也能够在其他系统疾病中发挥优势,为广大医师在临床上运用该方提供有价值的参考。

Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)is a classical Chinese medicine prescription,which is composed of Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens),Dazao(Jujubae Fructus).It has the effect of eliminating phlegm and wind,invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,and is widely used by doctors in past dynasties.Modern clinical studies have shown that this prescription has a good therapeutic effect on brain diseases such as headache,vertigo,stroke,epilepsy and dementia.However,due to its various pharmacological components and complex mechanism,the existing research results are scattered.Therefore,the author focuses on the treatment of brain diseases,combined with modern research results,from the mechanism of action of single drug related active ingredients in the prescription and the application of compound in clinical practice.The purpose of this review is to provide help for the pharmacological experiments and clinical application of this prescription,clarify the future research direction,so that it not only plays a significant indigenous role in brain diseases,but also plays an advantage in other system diseases,and provides valuable reference for the majority of physicians to use this prescription in clinical practice.
