脾胃湿热证动物模型的构建与评价研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脾胃湿热证是中医临床常见证型,病情隐匿渐进,病程缠绵反复,涉及多种疾病体系,给人们的生活造成困扰。动物模型是现代医学阐述脾胃湿热证发病机制、病理生理学基础和研究治疗措施的重要手段。目前脾胃湿热证动物模型以中医病因病机为原理进行造模,手段成熟,操作性强,分为单因素造模法、多因素造模法及与疾病相联系的病证结合造模法。通过对中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方、PubMed数据库建库以来有关脾胃湿热证的研究文献进行分析,从造模理论依据、动物选择、造模方法、模型评价等角度对脾胃湿热证动物模型的研究现状及存在问题进行阐述,以期为脾胃湿热证动物模型的优化及临床治疗提供参考。 Dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is a common clinical disease syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. It is insidious and gradual,and the course of disease is lingering and repeated,involving a variety of disease systems,causing trouble to people’s life. Animal model is an important means for modern medicine to explain the pathogenesis,pathophysiological basis and treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach. At present,the animal model of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is modeled based on the principle of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,with mature means and strong operability. It can be divided into single-factor modeling method,multi-factor modeling method and disease-syndrome modeling method associated with diseases. This paper analyzed the research literature on dampness heat syndrome of spleen and stomach since the establishment of CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang and PubMed databases,and expounded the research status and existing problems of animal models of dampness heat syndrome of spleen and stomach from the perspectives of theoretical basis of modeling,animal selection,modeling method and model evaluation. In order to provide reference for its optimization and clinical treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.
