摘要
芒果叶为漆树科植物芒果Mangifera indica L.的叶,是我国传统壮药,其入药始载于《岭南采药录》。芒果叶性凉,味酸、甘,具有清热化痰、止咳平喘、生津止渴、行气消滞之功效。文章对芒果叶的化学成分及药理作用进行总结梳理,并在此基础上结合中药质量标志物概念,从传统功效和药理作用与化学成分关联性及可测性等方面对芒果叶质量标志物进行预测分析。推测芒果苷、槲皮素、原儿茶酸、没食子酸等成分可作为芒果叶的主要Q-marker,为建立芒果叶质量标准提供科学参考。
Mango leaves is the leaves of Mangifera indica L. in the Anacardiaceae family,which is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine,and first published in Lingnan Herbs Recorded as a medicine.Mango leaves is cool in nature,and sour and sweet in taste. It has the effect of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,promoting body fluid to relieve thirst,promoting Qi and relieving stagnation. In this paper chemical composition and pharmacological activities of mango leaves were summarized,and on this basis,combined with the concept of quality marker(Q-Marker),the quality markers of mango leaves were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of correlation and testability between traditional efficacy,pharmacological action and chemical components. Mangiferin,quercetin,protocatechuic acid and gallic acid and other components can be used as the main Q-markers of mango leaves,providing scientific reference for establishing mango leaves quality standards.
