恶性肿瘤血管生成分子机制及中医药在抗血管生成中应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Molecular Mechanism of Malignant Tumor Angiogenesis and the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anti-angiogenesis

血管生成是恶性肿瘤生长和转移的必要条件。在肿瘤微环境中,肿瘤细胞、浸润的炎症细胞、血管内皮细胞,以及这些细胞分泌的血管生成相关因子、炎性因子、基质金属蛋白酶类通过相互作用,形成复杂的网络机制,共同调节血管生成,影响恶性肿瘤的演进。目前抗血管生成药物在恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中取得了一定疗效,但仍无法应对血管生成复杂的网络机制,传统中药具有多成分、多靶点、多环节的特点,在抑制肿瘤血管生成上展现出了巨大潜力,有望在恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中发挥更大价值。文章对影响恶性肿瘤血管生成的分子机制和相关中药的抗血管生成作用进行归纳总结及分析,并对中药治疗恶性肿瘤血管生成的前景提出展望。

Angiogenesis is a necessary condition for the growth and metastasis of malignant tumors. In the tumor microenvironment,tumor cells,infiltrating inflammatory cells,vascular endothelial cells,and angiogenesis-related factors,inflammatory factors,matrix metalloproteinases secreted by these cells interact through the different pathways to form a complex network mechanism and jointly regulate angiogenesis and affect the progression of malignant tumors. At present,anti-angiogenic drugs have achieved certain effects in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors,but they are still unable to cope with the complex network mechanism of angiogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple links. The use of drugs or compounds has shown great potential in inhibiting tumor angiogenesisand are expected to play a greater value in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors. This article summarizes and analyzes the molecular mechanisms that affect angiogenesis of malignant tumors and the angiogenic effects of related Chinese medicines,and puts forward the prospects of Chinese medicines in the treatment of angiogenesis of malignant tumors.
