基于张仲景著作的二便关系探析

Discussion of Relationship between Defecation and Urination in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Works

通过对张仲景著作中二便关系的相关记载进行系统梳理与总结,对二便关系的表现形式、病理机制、诊断意义、辨治启示作出分析与阐述。具体而言,首先,对二便关系的表现形式作出3类10种的归纳与呈现;其次,基于二便关系的分类,对其所反映的病机、所提示的诊断意义进行剖析;最后,从中医脏腑津液观出发,探讨二便关系的临床价值,从而为判断津液的盈亏与输布状态及脏腑功能的盛衰与邪气的消长提供依据。

By systematically sorting out and summarizing the relevant records of the relationship between the defecation and urination in ZHANG Zhongjing’s works,this paper analyzes the manifestation,pathological mechanism,diagnostic significance and enlightenment of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the relationship between the defecation and urination. Specifically speaking,first of all,it summarizes and presents 3 types and 10 kinds of expression forms of the relationship between the defecation and urination;Secondly,based on the classification of the relationship between the defecation and urination,the pathogenesis and the diagnostic significance are analyzed;Finally,from the perspective of visceral body liquid,the clinical value of the relationship between the defecation and urination is discussed,so as to judge the profit and loss of body fluid and the state of distribution,the rise and fall of viscera function and the growth and decline of evil Qi.
