黎医药中鲜药使用情况初探

Preliminary Study on the Use of Fresh Herbal Medicine in Li Medicine

目的:探究海南黎医药中鲜药使用情况及其优势所在。方法:实地走访五指山市、东方市及昌江县等黎族聚居区中黎医药氛围浓厚的乡镇,参观黎医药传承人鲜药入药方法及其适应证,并查阅黎医药相关文献记载,搜索及整理鲜药使用情况。结果:通过走访及查阅黎医药专著文献发现,黎族医药中鲜药使用频次高,鲜药用药方式多样,治疗疾病范围广,疗效确切,但存在用药剂量随意,理论解释不清及鲜药材未得到充分开发等诸多问题。结论:黎族医药中鲜药运用情况普遍,鲜药入药治疗疾病或者参与日常保健都具有诸多优势,值得进一步开发,以期在实践操作中推广应用,产生更多依据于黎药鲜药材的药物成品。

Objective:To explore the use of fresh herbal medicine of Li nationality in Hainan and its advantages.Methods:Our team visited the villages and towns with strong atmosphere of Li medicine in Wuzhishan City,Dongfang City and Changjiang County,visited the methods and indications of fresh medicine introduced by the inheritors of Li medicine,consulted the relevant literature records of Li medicine,searched and sorted out the use of fresh medicine.Results:Through visiting and consulting the medical monographs of Li nationality,it was found that the fresh herbal medicine of Li nationality had advantages of high frequency of use,various ways of fresh medicine,wide range of disease treatment and exact curative effect,but there were many problems such as random dosage,unclear theoretical explanation and undeveloped fresh herbal medicine.Conclusion:Fresh herbal medicine is widely used in Li medicine.Fresh herbal medicine has many advantages in treating diseases or participating in daily health care,which is worthy of further development,in order to promote its application in practice and produce more finished drugs based on fresh herbal medicine from Li medicine.
