补阳还五汤治疗视网膜动脉阻塞验案一则

One Case of Retinal Artery Occlusion Treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction

视网膜动脉阻塞(RAO)属中医眼科学“络阻暴盲”范畴,老年心血管疾患是其最常见的危险因素;对于年轻人,视网膜血管炎症是患病的主要因素。张健教授根据患者舌脉症,认为该病病机为元气下陷、阴气上升,应治以补阳还五汤,可取得较好临床疗效。通过阐述RAO病机和治则,并整理分析验案一则,验证补阳还五汤治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效,从中医理论、临床以及现代药理上说明中医药在眼科急症中的重要作用。

To clarify the function of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in ophthalmic emergencies.This paper illustrates the ability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to play an important role in ophthalmic emergencies from the aspects of TCM theory,clinic as well as modern pharmacology by collating and analyzing a case report.The successful amelioration of the patient\s symptoms by Buyang Huanwu Decoction significantly improved the patient\s vision,and OCT also showed resolution of the patient\s retinal edema and improvement of ischemia.Buyang Huanwu Decoction plays an important role in the treatment of retinal artery occlusion and can be used clinically for symptomatic treatment.
