摘要
古代徽州地区属亚热带季风湿润气候区,四季分明,云雾多,湿度较大,湿热困阻易导致虚损、身重等病症的发生,催生了养生康健的需求。新安医学根植于徽文化沃土,新安医家饮食养生的主要特点为融古出新,真诚执中,在固护脾胃元气、温阳补阴的基础上,注重调控日常饮食以保养延年。从徽州地区地域气候特点出发,结合徽文化对新安医家饮食养生思想的影响,探讨中国传统文化与饮食养生的关系。
The ancient Huizhou area belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate zone,with four distinct seasons,many clouds and fog,large humidity,and damp heat and difficulties can easily lead to problems such as weakness and weight.Starting from the characteristics of the regional climate in Huizhou area,combined with the influence of Hui culture on the diet and health care ideas of Xin’an doctors,the main characteristics of Xin’an medical family diet and health care are to integrate the ancient and the new,sincerely adhere to the middle,and pay attention to regulating the daily diet to maintain and prolong the life on the basis of solidifying the spleen and stomach vitality,warm yang and yin supplementation.
