摘要
基于2010-2019年吉林省九市(州)的面板数据,采用熵值法和非径向、非角度的超效率SBM模型分别测算了吉林省新型城镇化水平和绿色经济效率,运用两阶段最小二乘法实证分析了吉林省新型城镇化水平对绿色经济效效率的影响。研究表明:新型城镇化能显著促进绿色经济效率的提高;吉林省绿色经济效率水平在一定程度上还会受到产业结构、科技投入以及经济发展水平的影响。要进一步提高吉林省绿色经济效率,需在不断推进新型城镇化建设的同时采取措施推动产业结构升级,提升科技创新能力。
Based on the panel data of nine cities(prefectures) in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2019, the entropy method and the non-radial and non-angle super-efficiency SBM model were used to calculate the new urbanization level and green economic efficiency of Jilin Province respectively. The least squares method empirically analyzes the impact of the new urbanization level of Jilin Province on the efficiency of green economy. The study found that new urbanization can significantly promote the efficiency of green economy. At the same time, the green economy efficiency level of Jilin Province will be affected by the industrial structure, technological investment and economic development level to a certain extent. To further improve the efficiency of Jilin Province’s green economy, it is necessary to take measures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure and enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation while continuously promoting the construction of new urbanization.
