基于消费者情感需求的潮汕民宿发展策略研究

摘要 在对潮汕民宿发展情况进行调查的基础上,系统分析了潮汕民宿当前存在的融合潮汕文化特点不够、缺少专业管理人才、满足消费者情感需求不够等发展困境,针对消费者的个性需求、文化共鸣、人文关怀等情感需求,提出强化人文关怀、规范民宿运维、融合潮汕文化、利用新媒体手段、引进培养民宿专业经营管理人才等发展策略,进一步推动潮汕民宿更好发展。 Based on the investigation of the development of Chaoshan B&Bs, this paper systematically analyzes the current development difficulties of Chaoshan B&Bs, such as insufficient integration of Chaoshan cultural characteristics, lack of professional management talents, and insufficient satisfaction of consumers’ emotional needs. Aiming at consumers’ emotional needs, such as personal needs, cultural resonance, and humanistic care, it proposes to strengthen humanistic care, standardize the operation and maintenance of B&Bs, integrate Chaoshan culture, and use new media means The introduction and training of professional business management talents of home stay and other development strategies will further promote the better development of Chaoshan home stay.
