Review and Future Prospects of Entrepreneurial Improvisation Research

对于新创企业而言,创业即兴是其面临突发危机时的重要举措,也是其在动荡的环境中探索新出路的选择之一。尽管当前国内外学者对创业即兴的研究取得了一定的成果,但学术界对创业即兴的驱动机制、结果效应及边界条件并未取得一致意见,研究发展脉络也尚未清晰,因而,亟待对先前研究进行系统和全面地梳理。通过梳理国内外创业即兴相关文献,从创业即兴的内涵、驱动机制、结果效应和边界条件等方面厘清创业即兴发展脉络,提出未来研究展望,以期为未来创业即兴研究提供思路。

for start-ups, entrepreneurial improvisation is not only an important measure when they face sudden crises, but also the best choice for them to explore new ways in a turbulent environment. Although scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements in the research of entrepreneurial improvisation, the academic community has not reached consensus on the driving mechanism, result effect and boundary conditions of entrepreneurial improvisation, and the context of research development has not been clear. Therefore, it is urgent to systematically and comprehensively sort out the previous research. By combing the relevant literature of entrepreneurial improvisation at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the development context of entrepreneurial improvisation from the aspects of driving mechanism, result effect and boundary conditions, and puts forward the future research prospects, in order to provide ideas for the future entrepreneurial improvisation research.
