内涵·价值·实践:把握北京冬奥精神的三重维度

Connotation,value and practice:Grasping the three dimensions of the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit

北京冬奥精神是对北京冬奥会申办、筹办、举办实践的经验总结和升华。以北京冬奥精神内涵为切入点,分析北京冬奥精神的时代价值,阐明北京冬奥精神与中国精神的逻辑关联,在此基础上提出弘扬北京冬奥精神的实践路径和要求。研究认为:第一,从内涵维度看,北京冬奥精神的5个层面紧密衔接,构成有机统一的整体。因而北京冬奥精神从整体而非个别的层面反映中国精神的时代化和奥运精神的中国化。第二,从价值维度看,北京冬奥精神的时代价值在于,功能上加快新时代我国体育强国建设;在精神上实现民族自豪,助推民族复兴的伟业;在世界历史的意义上展现了中国推动构建人类命运共同体的决心。第三,从实践维度看,深入研究和理论化阐释、积极塑造文化环境以及优化传播方式,是传承北京冬奥精神以及讲好中国故事、传播中国声音的应有之义。

The Beijing Winter Olympics spirit is the summary and sublimation of the experience in the bidding,preparation and hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics.Based on the connotation of the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit,this paper analyzes the contemporary value of the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit,expounds the logical relationship between the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit and the Chinese spirit,and puts forward the practical path and requirements for carrying forward the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit.The research shows that:firstly,from the perspective of connotation,the five levels of the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit are closely connected,forming an organic and unified whole.Therefore,the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit reflects the modernization of the Chinese spirit and the sinicization of the Olympics spirit from the overall rather than individual level.Secondly,from the perspective of value,the era value of the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit lies in that it has accelerated the construction of China’s sports power in the new era in function,realized national pride in spirit,promoted the great cause of national rejuvenation,and demonstrated China’s determination to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind in the sense of world history.Thirdly,from the perspective of practice,in-depth research and theoretical interpretation,actively shaping the cultural environment and optimizing the communication methods are the proper meaning of inheriting the Beijing Winter Olympics spirit,and telling China’s stories and spreading China’s voice.
