硫酸浸取原子吸收光谱法测定铁锰矿还原产物中二价锰的含量 被引量:1

Determination of Divalent Manganese in Reduction Products of Ferromanganese Ore by Sulfuric Acid Leaching Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 为解决悬浮磁化焙烧-磁选选别工艺得到的锰精矿还原产物中二价锰测定难题,研究了硫酸浸取火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定二价锰的方法。通过优化硫酸浓度、浸取温度、浸取时间等参数,确定了浸取二价锰的最佳条件,并进行了样品测定的线性范围、检出限、精密度试验。结果表明,2%硫酸溶液在50℃下水浴振荡浸取1 h,可实现二价锰的完全浸出,浸出后的溶液在容量瓶中静置30 min后再次混匀,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪进行测定。方法的精密度为2.31%~4.87%(n=11),线性范围为0.05~10 mg·L^(-1),检出限为0.5μg·L^(-1)。方法经比对实验、金属平衡计算等验证,结果准确、可靠、快速,已用于实际样品的批量检测。 In order to solve the problem of determination of divalent manganese in the reduction products of manganese concentrate obtained by suspension magnetization roasting magnetic separation process,a method for determination of divalent manganese by sulfuric acid leaching flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied.By optimizing the parameters such as sulfuric acid concentration,leaching temperature and leaching time,the optimum conditions for leaching divalent manganese were determined,and the current range,detection limit and precision experiments of sample determination were carried out.Result indicated that the complete leaching of divalent manganese can be achieved by shaking leaching 2%sulfuric acid solution in a water bath at 50℃for 1 h.The leached solution is mixed again after standing in a volumetric flask for 30 min,and measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometer.The RSD for manganese detection was 2.31%~4.87%(n=11),with the liner range from 0.05~10 mg/L,detection limit was 0.5μg/L.The method has been verified by comparative experiment and metal balance calculation.The structure is accurate,reliable and fast.It has been used in the batch detection of actual samples.
