摘要
为了矿井水达标排放,根据矿井排水处理站的处理工艺流程,采用基于西门子S7-200 SMART处理器,利用pH传感器、悬浮物SS传感器等各类传感器反馈信号,建设自动化水处理控制系统,提升了矿井水达标排放的可靠性、稳定性,降低了操作人员劳动强度,并根据实际使用情况提出了水处理自动化控制系统的改进方向。
In order to discharge the mine water up to the standard,according to the treatment process of the mine drainage treatment station,an automatic water treatment control system is built based on the Siemens S7-200 SMART processor and the feedback signals of various sensors such as pH sensor and suspended solids SS sensor,which improves the reliability and stability of the mine water up to the standard discharge and reduces the labor intensity of operators,According to the actual use,the improvement direction of the automatic control system of water treatment is proposed.
