青年员工的心理韧性研究:热点与展望——基于国际数据库视角下的文献计量分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解青年员工职业韧性的整体态势,本文采用CiteSpace软件针对国际青年员工韧性的发文量、研究机构、研究国家、核心期刊和关键词等方面进行可视化分析。职场领域中的韧性研究起源时间虽早,但直到近10年才进入快速发展的时期,作者、机构之间的合作关系较为紧密,且已形成了相对稳定的核心期刊群,中国在国际上的发文量也位居前列;热点研究主题主要有工作压力、心理健康与幸福感、绩效、培训措施四个方面;变革型领导、职业倦怠、疫情下的韧性、离职等是前沿热点,此外,韧性的定义与结构是学者们一直关注的焦点。在此后的研究中,应该在本土化研究、领导力探索、概念内涵与干预措施的一致性问题等方面进行更为深入的研究。 In order to understand the overall situation of young employees career resilience,citespace is used for visualized analysis on the number of papers published by international young employees,research institutions,research countries,core journals and keywords,etc.Although resilience at work originated earlier,it has not entered a period of rapid development until the last decade,as exemplified by close cooperation between authors and institutions and establishment of a relatively stable core journal group.China is also among the top countries in the world in terms of the quantity of publications.The research mainly includes hot topics such as work stress,psychological health and well-being,performance and training measures;as well as cutting-edge topics such as transformational leadership,burnout and resilience in the time of COVID-19,and demission.In addition,the definition and structure of resilience has been the focus of attention.In the future research,we shall shed further light on localization,leadership,consistency between concepts and measures,etc.
