摘要
随着多重职业者身份的出现,员工斜杠化现象屡见不鲜,企业员工的职业成长与员工和企业都有着密不可分的联系。本研究主要基于目标设置的中介作用,通过实证分析探究员工斜杠效用对员工主业职业成长的影响并提出对策建议。研究结果表明,员工斜杠正向效用对目标设置、主业职业成长正向影响,员工斜杠负向效用对目标设置、主业职业成长负向影响,目标设置对主业职业成长正向影响并在员工斜杠效用与主业职业成长之间起到中介作用。这些结论为企业的员工职业生涯规划提供了重要的参考价值,促进企业人力资源管理及战略远景的发展和实现。
As workers with concurrent multiple careers(i.e.multi-hyphenate)have emerged,the slash effect is nothing new.Employee career growth is closely related to both employees and firms.This paper,mainly based on the mediating effect of goal setting,explores the impact of the slash effect on employees’main career growth through empirical analysis,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Results show that the positive slash effect has a positive impact on goal setting and main career growth,while the negative slash effect has a negative impact on goal setting and main career growth;goal setting has a positive impact on main career growth and mediates the relationship between employee slash effect and main career growth.These conclusions provide important reference for employees’career planning,and promote the development and realization of enterprises’human resource management and strategic vision.
