乳制品质量快速检测原理与技术研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 为了更好提升乳制品质量,有必要采用合适的检测方法,检测乳品中的乳铁蛋白、细菌、抗生素、添加剂等含量。目前,国内外出现了几种新型的乳制品质量快速测定方法。本文对国内外的乳制品质量快速测定方法进行了分析,并对今后乳制品质量检验技术的发展趋势进行了探讨。
